At Veterans Care Network, our goal is to help you gain self-reliance, improve your family’s financial situation and lead a successful life. We believe that the best way to do this is to help you identify barriers you face and access the resources you need to overcome those barriers.
When you come into the office, you will meet with a coach-mentor – a fellow veteran who will be your battle buddy as you create and implement a self-reliance plan. Some of the resources you may need may be provided directly by us, but some services may be referred to our community network of specialists. We help you do what is best for you and your family.
Our core services include:
- Mental health stability and peer group counseling
- Food security
- Basic financial stability
- Shelter
- Social support
Services referred to network partners may include:
- Professional mental health services
- Financial stability and counseling
- Employment
- Reliable transportation
- Secure shelter
Note: Our services are available to any veteran of the U. S. armed forces, active duty service members and members of the National Guard and Reserves – even if they never deployed. This is different from most organizations that serve veterans. All we ask is that your service was honorable. When you visit us for the first time, please bring your DD-214, NGB-22 or other evidence of honorable military service.
